ok so here was my saturday activities continued from my earlier post.
i took my phen at about 11:00..had some breakfast..(cheese omellet, pancakes, and bacon)..that was a pretty big meal..i did the cals on Fitday.com (Thanks Zoey..i think ur the person i saw that posted about it)..it was about 1600 cals..so pretty much even if i got hungry later i knew that i had over did it with breakfast.
I was able to go to the gym though so that was good..i got there within the last 40 mins that they were closing but i was still able to run/walk for my 2 miles and burn about 500 cals..so that was great!
Then I finally decided to get the pine sap off of my car..for anyone that has had this happen it is the hardest thing to get off...so that took 2hrs by itself...fitday said that was about 250 cals burned..so even better!!
I wasnt really hungry for the rest of the day but i did take a couple of bits of some leftovers because of boredom and i knew it was in the fridge..but after like 3 bits i didnt want to go there so i just threw it out.
So that was my saturday
I'm not home today so i cant weigh myself but that should make it even better for when i get on the scale Monday!
