I'm not really following any particular program. I've been told that the basic ideas of what I'm doing is the same as Weight Watchers. I don't know, I've never looked at them. Basically I am just planning what I eat to make sure I stay in a healthy calorie level AND a healthy balance of carbs/protein and fat. Also, I make sure that what I eat and my vitamins ensure that I am getting all the vitamins and minerals that I need. Excercise, I just do what makes me feel good. I walk, I use my Richard Simmons tapes and try to make sure I stay more active than I used to. I don't put off things to do because I want to watch TV. If there's something I really want to watch, I make sure I have done something active before I allow myself to sit in front of the TV and I set the sleep control on the TV so it will turn off as soon as my planned viewing is over. Otherwise I would just sit there all night. Whenever I feel like not doing what I know I should, I come here. It inspires me and I get right back to it.
