What? I thought we all wanted to be losers! :? Anyway, just keep pushing. I know it's hard. Hitting that spot where nothing seems to make a difference is the hardest part. It's where we usually end up just giving up and blowing off all the good things we've done and learned. Keep up the healthy eating and the excercise and you will get past it. Are you changing up your excercise routine? Also, what calorie level are you eating at? You might try switching it up. You know, higher calories for a day or two and then back to a lower calorie level, just to give your system a jump start. Also, if you've dropped you intake too low, your body will be trying to protect itself. Anyway, think about everything your doing, switch things up a little and I am sure that very soon you will break through that barrier. Just one thing, DO NOT GIVE UP!!! If you do, we will have to hunt you down and send you to boot camp!!! :eek:
