Have you tried eating special k and yogurt for breakfast? I've been eating that and it's really good. The speacial k with the strawberries is the best kind. And the calcium from the yogurt helps you lose weight too. There is this bacon that isn't too bad in calories. I think with weight watchers it was only 3 points. I don't remember the brand but it's already cooked, you just reheat in the microwave and a serving size is 3 strips of bacon. Also for eggs, the egg beaters are really good. I would make those, add low fat cheese, salsa, and a tortilla, and have a breakfast burrito. It's really good.
