YAY! Great news yesterday. I saw a new number on the scale. 124.6. Woo Hoo! I lost two inches off my waist too. I am so happy. 20 pounds lost and only 19 to go. I really need to get a regular workout schedule going. I am terrified of ever gaining any weight back. It is so hard with my crazy work schedule to have an exercise routine. But I need to figure something out soon.
