looking for a low calorie meal plan that is tasty but doesn't have more than 400 cal
I am not eating enough and I think I need structure to my diet since I don't have an appetite You know actually sit down and eat three meals a day hungry or not. Because I am not gonna be on this forever my goal is to have a new body and a healthier lifestyle and never let my weight get out of control again.
Also I figured out for me phentermine works so well I do not have to take it everyday because I am a coffee addict and sometime the caffeine is enough to keep my appetite low
