Yum, those sounds tasty!
I put a reminder alarm on my cell phone for every 3 hours to remind myself to eat something.
I usually eat at 7:30a, 10:30a, 1:30a, 4:30a and dinner at 6, I try not to eat anything after that. LOTS of water too!
This for me works wonders because it does rev up your metabolism and keeps you as a fat burning machine!
