I DID IT! I fianlly broke the 150 point. By only 2 pounds but I will take it. I have been stuck at 150 for a year. AND its that time of month. I am now 148. I have lost 11 pounds since I started. My doctor said I would most likely lose slower but He is happy that I have found out what my body needs. This is very motivating. I am off to the gym! :smt038
