OK...ON April 15th, I weighed in at 203, heaviest I've ever been even during pregnancy. I hit what I thought to be the stopping point for not caring. Not only was I at my heaviest, but now I have 2 children that are watching my habits and not just what I say but what I eat and when. So, I decided to quit drinking pop and stop late night snacks. After 2 months I lost 10 pounds.
I felt confidant that I did it, but I knew I had a long journey ahead of me. The 3rd month, was nothing, no weight loss and thank God...no weight gain. So, I knew I it was time to do something more than just what I was doing. I asked around and talked to some friends and found my way to a dr. that prescribes phentermine.
I started taking Phentermine in July and I have been on it for 4 months now and have lost 20 pounds. This last month I didn't do as good as I had hoped, so I have to try to do more...to make a difference.
I haven't been so good on the exercise aspect, so that is my goal for this month, start exercising...even if I just do a few crunches off and on all day...just something to get me started...something to get me motivated to something bigger.
My goal is to be 133 by July 1 06.
