I got on my scale this weekend and it said 137! I finally hit the 30 pound mark! I can't believe it. I only have 20 more pounds to lose and then I will be at my goal weight!!!!! I am so excited. I am back in a size 10 now and hopefully soon back into my 6's.
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you all to STICK with it. It WORKS! And I drink 1 cup of coffee and 1 coke a day and it still works for me!!!
