thank you very much for all your advice- i need all the motivation i can get and information.... yeah 128 oz seems like a whole lot i'll try the 2 32 oz thing first... i started last monday and weighed myself thursday- 7lbs lost then weighed myself last nite, saturday- and 3lbs gained back ???? i dont get it ?? what sort of diet do you follow as far as protein, fat, carb intake???? your doing great.... my goal weight is 140 lbs.... but its gonna take some work .. and serious determination--- i do sit ups but i need some cardio in there somewhere---- talk to you later. thanks again..
