Hello All! I am new here and this is my first post in here. I purchased Phentermine online and it arrived in the mail about 3 weeks ago. I hesitated taking it because I was going on my first cruise, so I wanted to really enjoy the food. Truthfully, I didn't find the food all that satisfying. It made it all the easier to begin the phentermine upon my return.

I began with a half a pill on Monday, October 31. I weighed myself that morning and came in at a whopping 236 pounds! (I am 5'7"). I found myself with energy, but I didn't have that "cracked out" feeling like I thought I was going to have. I am very grateful for that. I found myself pretty hungry half way though the day, so I decided to start off Tuesday with a full pill. It was so wonderful. I wasn't hungry and I had lots of energy. I think I am pretty lucky because so far, I haven't had any side effects other that dry mouth. I was beginning to wonder if my body was going to get used to it so quick since I didn't experience the sleeplessness that everyone else seemed to have. Did anyone else not experience sleeplessness?

Well, today is day #7 since I first began, and I lost 4 pounds. It doesn't seem like much, but to me, it's a start. I was hoping to be a little further along, but considering I didn't exercise one day, that's not too bad. I know, I really should exercise. I have a really nice treadmill and Gazelle at home, so starting tomorrow, I am commiting myself to exercise at least 3 times a week. I have a 10 month old at home, I work full time, and have a hubby who can't do a darn thing by himself, so three days is pushing it!

My ultimate goal is to be around 140 pounds by December 2006. I hope that it attainable. I am sure if I exercise and eat right, the weight should just fall off.

My biggest killer is Coke. (The soda, not the drug!) I am a big time junkie! I have tried that Coke Zero, and it's pretty good, but it's not caffiene free. I am afraid I will end up with too much energy. I have been pretty good about sticking with water, but I am so busy throughout the day, I forget to drink what I should. I will take someone elses suggestion and set my cell phone alarm.

Well, that's all for now. I will be back shortly for another post.

Thanks for reading this!
