I just talked to
Susan at PayRxTrust customer service, asking for more
information about what someone in your situation can do.
She said that you do need to file a claim with FedEx, and that it should take
about a week. Because this is the fault of the real-world pharmacy, you
need to open that claim because the pharmacy shipped the box with no
product in it.
When you file your claim with FedEx, you'll get a claim number. You then
need to call PayRxTrust and give them your claim number. She said that
after that your options are to receive a new package with your
Phentermine,
or to get a full refund.
My hold time was about 1 minute, so I think the call volume is much lower now.
I did ask Susan if there was a certain time of day that was lighter than
the rest, but she said it varies too much to know.
