Hello everyone. I'm Angel and new to the forum. I have been on this Adipex on and of for about 10 months. I work out probably about 15 times a month. Basically when ever I have the energy, I am so busy. But it's okay. When I started out, I weighed 193 pounds. I currently weigh 177. I want to lose about 20 more pounds and plan to do so by the end of the summer. I weight 177 but I wear a size 9. I don't quite understand the scale but it seems pretty high for someone that wears a size 9. And in case you are wondering, yes I can breath in them. HA HA HA. I really wish that I could get the motivation to work out more on a regular basis. I get on a role for about a month and then I stop again. I don't know what to do. I think that I am going to just keep doing what I am doing, it seems to be working for me.

So lets see:

12/04 193 pounds
11/05 177 pounds 16 pounds lost (not bad for someone who diet and work out regularly)

I will check back in in a week and see how I did!
