I joined this forum because it looked like the people really support each other on it, but my experience so far is that I really haven’t had many replies to any of my postings. So thank you for the encouraging words! I have lost 7 pounds this week on Phentermine. And a total of 15 pounds since October. I have notice the effects wearing off, but I just eat fruit or veggies when it is in between meals. My friend takes 1 in the morning and another before lunch- Her doctor prescibed it like that. I am just going to stick to 1 per day.
