Try filling a cold glass from the fridge with ice to the top.Put a small amount of apple juice in then fill up with cold water.I dont like water that much either,but apple juice makes it taste better.Keep lots of trays of ice blocks in the freezer so you never run out!
Make your own low calorie ice blocks out of diet cordial,eat them all day,lots of water intake that way! :smile:
