take the B-12 everyday. I will look for the other one. OK in the morning I eat 1 yogurt or a apple. Lunch- either soup or fruit sometimes yogurt & rice. I snack on Fruit Snacks I buy for my kids. They are only 60 calories a bag. Dinner is usually small but it's not always good. i have kids meals from McDonalds (chicken nuggets 4) no fries. I also eat soup, bowl of fruit (2 oranges 2 apples) or even just a bowl or cereal.

I think the reason I was so hungry was because I worked out that morning but I didn't eat more then the yogurt for breakfast. Yesterday I was fine, today so far I am ok.
