sounds all to familiar.. been struggling for 15 years since i was 18.. everything you said is true and the all the other things that we have left out.. when I first when on it they were black capsule and lost 100lbs..cant get them anymore.."darn it" was down to 140lbs..gained all back and then some..then lost then gained then lost..ok i know ya get the picture..lol be careful folks.. safest way is eating right and exercising ..wish i would of been strong enough to take that route..
