okay, I'm new.
I never did have any bad side effects, well except for wanting to clean the house. anyway i took the blue for 1 mo and lost about 18 lbs so i'm down to 178, by goal is 140. I am going to order the 37.5 tomorrow. anyway a friend of mine at work took it one time and said it worked. I thought i would try it, why not i've tried every over the counter thing and the most i lost was 5 lbs only to gain it back. this seems for real! i hope it keeps working. let me know if anyone has been on it longer than a month
