Hi zoey!Im still around!Still going on the G.I. diet,it really helps to keep you full for longer.I wonder what you [zoey] and may are up to over there!
I have got back into aerobics again full time,monday to fridays anyway.My knee is much better now,but still get a few twinges now and again.
No more excuses thou!I have brought low fat ice cream for the first time ever,its not too bad,expensive thou.Started to drink a lot of apple/water with ice,helps me drink more water.I am really bad for not drinking enough water.
I am eating more fruit as part of the G.I. diet,plums/peaches/pears YUMMY.Havent eaten much fruit for years,they up your water intake and fill you up heaps!
:grin: I have all the salads and fruit I need for the week so I dont run out.I feel much better eating all the fruit!
I am still not game enough to weigh myself,but will in a few weeks time!Zoey you are going so good,I am jeallous,bye!
