Hello all, I'm on my second day of phentermine 30 mg and don't feel so great. My head hurts (probably from not eating as much and cutting back on the caffeine). I feel jittery and can't concentrate on my work that well, heart is beating faster. I know these are pretty common side effects but does anyone else just not feel very good when you take them? I definitely don't feel energetic. I just want to take these pills for 1 month and see how i do. I'm looking forward to losing weight and hope i have good results.
