Yeah, they are side effects but your body will adjust to them. Make sure you drink plenty of water because I notice if I dont drink my water I will get a headache. I couldn't give up my caffeine, I cut down but couldn't give it up. I dont drink soda or icetea but I need my 2 cups of coffee in the morning, without that I do get a major headache. I like my 37.5 phentermines because I can break them in half, you cant do that with the 30mg. Anyway, hope things get better for you. Let us know how you do. We will try to help you along.
