I agree that you should be eating a little more than you are and I would suggest lots more water and chicken nuggets are not very healthy. Try switching to a salad with chicken and low fat dressing, you do need plenty of fiber and an apple is good for a snack, try Special K Fruit and Yogurt cereal for breakfast, more filling and very good as far as nutrients and helps with the fiber. Vegetables offer fiber, try some broccoli with chicken for dinner, etc.
I eat every 3 hours on a schedule and it helps keep my metabolism running as well as I am never hungry besides the phentermine doesn't let me feel hungry anyway, so it fits together nicely. Anyway, get in that exercise.
You are doing really great from what I see, don't get discouraged yet and keep us posted.
