Well, my food intake is not the greatest...I pick @ food a lot...especially since I spend a lot time cooking for my kids & then DINNER for my hubby.
I know I can eat better...it's just comparing what I feed my family to my diet frozen meals...guess who wins!!?? LOL
I try to eat more than once a day..but I don't get hungry..come dinner time..I'M STARVING!!! Lulapalooza told me I should eat about 5 times a day..that is what I'm gonna aim @.
I will try whole grain carbs...since I can't live without them. What about chocolate??? My #1 weakness?? :o :?
And yes...WATER...I'm up to 3 glasses a day!!!! YEAH!! =D> \  / :smt023 I know that is not enough, BUT I'm working on it!! I hate water :blurp: ...I put drops of this & drops of that to make it taste better..& that works for me!! I used to be a water junky..for a while..BUT once I get away from it, it's easy not to come back!!
