You are in no way doomed. All it will take is jogging. Running REALLY tones
your calves and your stomach too, not to mention burning the fat all over
your body.

You can tone your muscles by just doing some weight workouts with light
weights that allow you to repeat the movement 15-20 times quickly.

Yoga has also toned my body. It's definitely a workout too.
