14/01/2006 - 2nd day of taking Duromine/Phentermine. Still no side effects. Yay i guess.
No gym today because i only do gym Mon-Fri n w/e off. Today i only ate a salad with chicken.
15/01/2006- 3rd day no side effects. Weight myself and i lost 2 kg. I still don't know how is that possible but i did. Today i ate blueberries and a small salad wrap. I felt guilty about the wrap because of the bread of whatever surrounds it.
Oh well..
16/01/2006 - Couldnt go to the gym today because i think i rolled my ankle.:'( I did eat blue berries and strawberries and 1 salada slice. Im trying to eat but sometimes i just cant. I dont want to stuff up my metabolism.

17/01/2006- I had a bowl of cereal with blue berries and normal milk. Didnt finish the milk though. So far so good... in about 2 hours im off to the gym. My foot still hurts but ill be ok.
I did 1 hour in the gym and had a bit of veggies and a extra trimmed pork .

18/01/2006- Bowl of cereal, a bit of bread, extra trimmed pork. 25 min treadmil, 15 min fast aerobic class, 15 min x-trainer.

19/01/2006 - Bowl of cereal with berries, steamed dim sim, blueberries.
Unfortunatelly no exrecise.:(
