:( :( Gee I am so bummed out.. went to diet dr and my weight was 162.5.. so bummed i was sure i lost weight I have been to the gym 3 times this week and work out for about an hour and 15 min doing cardio I mean i was sweating I thought for sure i had lost weight . I did have popcorn last nite and been eating 1/2 of wheat pita sandwhiches. this sucks i mean i worked out and been eating right this sucks :crybaby:
