Well, went to the dr. today. Before today I was taking Propolene which didn't help me at all :--(( I've been following a lot of threads here and have learned a lot. It's so wild that before I went to the dr I knew I wanted Phen but I'm not a dr so I kept those thoughts to myself. Guess what, I got Phen E5000 30MG. I just weighed myself, 182 pounds. My goal is to get back down to 155. I felt so good when I was at 155 and I must work toward that goal and make this a life change, not a diet. I just know Phen will give me more energy to excersise more but I will not rely soley on it.

I have a treadmill and a home gym, anyone reading this I would love to hear any treadmill workout you do or any excersise as I'm open to new things. I also want to either get an elliptical machine and/or and excersise bike. Does anyone have any suggestions on which is better ? Also is a recumbant or upright excersise bike better?

Water........I know I must drink a lot of water which I have been working hard on. Has anyone tried any of the Dasani flavored waters ? They are sweetened with Splenda ? I LOVE these but am really concerned and wondering is this as good as regular water ?

I'd love to hear any comments from anyone. Hope to make some friends here.
