Hello everyone today i started my exercise plann... I went to the gym on my lunch break...I started out with 20 min of cardio... I plann to work out at least 4 days a week. I hope this will help speed up my weight lost program. My goal is 155 lbs. i have 55 lbs to go. Wish me luck.[/b][/list][/code]
