Good on Ya! The first step is really swicthign yourself to it. I mean at first exrecise was like " i dont wanna go to the gym..i dont feel like moving" but you push yourself until u just have to go to the gym or its like u didnt do something. I think your goal is realistic and once you get in the rhythm you'll relise that you dont even need Phen to keep you going. Good luck and Cant wait to see you progress
