Hello. I would like to ask you what kind of cardio are you doing. Thats plenty of it but if its all on treadmil i belive thats not all that great. The body actually gets very used to treadmil and the speed and so on. So after a while its not a cardio anymore. its more like strength/endurence training. There is this thing however called the 20 minute challenge, where you strat from ur power walking speed for 1 minute, you put the speed up (by 1 not 0.1) for another minute, and repeat until you increased ur walking speed by 4-5 (you cant run and talk). And then you go back to your power walking speed and repeat it 4 times. Thefore let's day your normal power walk speed is : 6
6 - 1min
7 - 1min
8 - 1min
9 - 1min
10 - 1min
times 4. On the last go instead of starting from 6 start one up and finish on 11.
This will really get you going and its not very easy. But its the best cardio on treadmil around. Other then that try things like steps-machine and x-trainer.
You can also do 30 min of any cardio combined with light weights. To get that body shape toned.  Good luck and hope tyhis helped. LoL im really bad at explaining things. Good Luck!!
