Thanks for the reply. I really need some extra motivation . When I weighed yesterday it didnt seem to be much different from when I started.
I walk at least 2 miles everyday and exercise in the mornings for at least 30 mins 5 days a week maybe I need to do more. I am going to a Doctor and im taking B12 shots and vitamins . Maybe im just expecting to much to soon. Thanks again for the reply . GOOD LUCK TO YOU
