You go girl!! I am battling a bad case of bronchitis and on antibiotics so haven't taken my Phen since Thursday... did ok over the weekend... alot of snacking but all low calorie/low fat :o) carrots and cucumbers.... or a 100 calorie snack pack so I'm proud. I like the pic.. very beautiful woman :o) Glad you did well on your weekend to the mountains.... sounds like a great time hiking!
