Just started phen today. No bad side effects to date. Have read that you should reduce/eliminate caffeine when on a diet and/or on diet pills. I love my coffee, I drink around 3 cups a day as well as drinking diet coke on the weekends. I usually have my last cup of coffee by 11am. Sometimes I may have a diet coke around 3pm in the afternoon, but that is usually only on a Friday.
Should I try and quit the coffee altogther? Is it that bad for me? I have not noticed any problems after consuming my normal 3 cups this morning.
