Hey sweetie pie!! Well you deserve to have some cake every now and then.. as long as you don't eat the WHOLE CAKE. teehee  Well I think your body spoke to you after you ate those enchiladas... I know I'd take it to mean my body was speakin to me if that happened to me.. so it's all good.
