:-D Hey Jill - Thanks for the advice! I posted the ticker in my signature. ( Learn something new everyday!) I just got back from a great workout - I took the phen this morning for the first time and I swear it really got me buzzing - ( I hope this isn't bad for me - like addicting or anything. I really don't even like to take ibuprofen...the price we'll pay to look how we want.) I
I ran five miles and did the eliptical for 15 minutes but then had to get going. Tomorrow I'll really kick some ass - I have more time to workout. I wasn't hungry for breakfast and didn't eat until 1:30 when I ate oatmeal with flaxseed and raisens. I'll have to watch my caloric intake so it doesn't go to low and I really screw up my already slow metabolism and then when I go off phen I'll gain everything back.
