I'm back again. Dreamy: I invested in a Heart Rate Monitor for the gym and it's the best thing I did for myself in 2005. It is specific to me (has all my data in it - weight, age, etc) and it tells me how many calories I burn at any given time. Example: Monday is my big workout night at the gym - I do 2 classes: one in Strength training and the second is Cardio Kickboxing. I burned 930 calories between those 2 classes. (This btw is one of the reasons the doc put me on Phen - because I do work out a ton and obviously my body still holds on to the weight. It's very frustrating! But hopefully the Phen will change it up a bit.)

So I recommend a monitor - it also keeps you working in the right zone so you're not running too high or too low. Ellen
