Well guys, here I am a little dissapointed! I just weight myself and didn't loose anything, the first week was like awsome when i lost those 7 pounds but now im just in a stand still.. Im still good with my portions and water and veggies, so i dont know if its because Im working out harder and its muscle tone thats keeping me steady? Dont know, but I need a little push right now.
