Thanks Ian, at least your giving me a good positive view! I didn't know that muscle weight more than fat??? I have been doing weights on my arms and the precore is not easy its almost like doing the stairs, do that for 40 minutes 2 miles 4 times a week. Maybe your right... well I wont quit thats for sure maybe next week I'll see a pound or so go away.
I might just start measuring myself, it might be best.
