Thanks for the support - I definitely appreciate it. So I'm posting again on the same day... this could become obsessive if I'm not careful. Eeek!
Anyway, so I decided to put on my heartrate monitor that I normally wear at the gym when I got home tonight... it's definitely up. My resting heartrate is normally pretty low on this thing, like 72ish and it's basically 84 now. But just sitting here typing I've burned up 24 calories so what-eva.
I am unhappy right now because I'm hungry, not starving but definitely not full. I ate fine today - except for dinner which wasn't great... pizza courtesy of the chiropractor (seminar night ho hum). I had the equivalent, maybe of 1 slice... they cut it in little squares here so it's hard to tell. Anyway, I think that's why I'm hungry.
Proud moments of the day: I consumed 1 gallon of water plus some other glasses (like sparkling water at lunch and some herbal tea). And I ate well at the other meals and made a pact to eat well with a friend at work. So that was good too. Yay me. Thanks for the support. Ellen
