Chersten, 15 pounds is a great start to your diet! Congratulations! That's awesome. And I'm completely jealous, although totally happy for you  Sounds like you have a smart plan about diet and exercise. I like how you're adding a minute a week.... never occurred to me that I could do that but it makes perfect sense. I think it's better to eat a wide variety of foods... much easier to maintain over a long haul. The secret, or so they say, is portion control.
