Thanks so much guys! I guess I can try doing it a little later! I usually take it around 7:00 am so Im going to try 9:00 am that way I can get my boost for my workout at 10:00 am. If that dont work than I will try the half and half. I haven't weight myself so far, but Im going to wait till friday that way i have a full week of working out! Guys it is hard on me on the coke, I almost had one yesterday. I served it but than i couldn't drink it, like suddenly I wasn't thirsty for it. I had cranberry juice instead, its pretty tangy :confused: , so I dont mind that! Thanks guys for the support!
