I like the phen it is good just seems to build ressistance quick so i cycle on and off ive been on the phen for a mnth and i lost 10lbs and my close are looser i just did measurments and i have lost inches off my thighs waist hips and calves not a lot but enough to make me think hey its coming along. I dont exercise a lot im so tired from running after a toddler that i only do it a few times a wk but i clean all day and chase him so i guess i get something everyday,but i do drink a lot of water (gallon) a day! I can say there has only been 1 other diet aid that worked for me and that is my bfore pic and my after it was ephedra, so the phen was as good as it was.
