Hey guys!
Thanks Ian for that advice. I wanted to let you all know how it's been since I got my pills on Friday. I cannot believe how my appetite has changed. I have always been a "big eater" and over the weekend, my portions just got smaller and smaller. The only side effect I have is hard to get to sleep and that taste in my mouth. It also makes me very thirsty. I have not weighed myself yet but I plan to after 7 days. I 'll keep you posted.
