I undersatand and you are welcome. I just really changed my mind set and that, for me, made all the difference. Keep drinking that water and I think, listen to your body. Mine tells me when I am hungry. Today, I went out to lunch with my hubby and I am still stuffed so I am going to skip dinner because why eat if I am still full from lunch right? I might not be going it "right" but I think if I only eat when my body tells me to how can that be wrong?
