when I started phentermine 37.5 I also lost like 4-5 pounds in the first few days, it's mostly water weight. You barley have an appetite and barely get any sleep and did you notice that you go number 1 a little more often? it's all good don't worry...I weigh about 150 myself and I have the same goal as you :grin:
