Well its been 1 wk. 4 days since I started the pills. I weighed myself at my sisters house. (She says her scales r right on with her dr. ) It says that I have lost 16 lbs. But I am saying 14 just incase her scale is off by a pound r 2. I can see the differnce in myself. And I can feel the differnce in my clothes. My hubby says that he can tell that I am losing also. THIS IS WONDERFUL!! I have not felt this good in soooo long. :-D Wish my luck. And good luck to all of you!! :grin:
