Welcome. Yes, I think you can lose 30 pounds in 3 months. I hope you'll take a little bit longer though as it helps the weight stay off if you lose more slowly. Most people recommend losing 2 pounds a week - you're talking about 2.5 basically so it's not too far out there. Just be careful what you eat and start to exercise. Honestly the exercise piece will help you keep it off more than anything else.
