 Hi alana76. I took phendimetrazine for about 4 months. I had no real side effects from it at all. But eventually you build tolerance for it I guess like anything else. The quack I was seeing "local diet doctor" had me taking 6 a day of the 35mg. tabs. My son & my family Doc flipped. My Doc sent me to physician weight control and I lost almost 30lbs. in 7 weeks. He was giving me 105mg.cap per day. They are time released. He was very expensive and I had to stop. Now I am taking phentermine. I hate it. I think I get all the nasty side effects there are.
