If you want to decrease the size of your breasts, you have to exercise. Lifting weights will help. Do butterfly exercises that target the chest muscles. And yes, at first they may look like they are getting bigger. No, they won't get bigger. The muscles underneath will tone up and help to burn fat in that area. It worked for me.
